REPORTS OF EGGS BEING THROWN AT VEHICLES

REPORTS OF EGGS BEING THROWN AT VEHICLES

Good evening,

We are appealing for information following numerous reports of occupants of a vehicle throwing eggs at passing vehicles on the A460 between Hednesford and Rugeley at around 10.30pm on Wednesday 14th October.

Whilst some may see this as a prank, throwing objects at moving vehicles is extremely dangerous and could have serious consequences. Such actions can distract drivers, obstruct visibility and increase the risk of a collision, potentially causing injury to road users.

Did you witness this incident? Do you have dashcam footage of the vehicle involved, or were you personally affected?

Anyone with information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police via Live Chat at www.staffordshire.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting any relevant details. In an emergency, always call 999.

Thank you for helping to keep our roads safe.
